All services are delivered exclusively in written format, based on information supplied by the client and sources selected by VEYRON CITADEL.

VEYRON CITADEL reserves the right to modify or decline requests that fall outside operational scope, violate ethical standards, or conflict with existing engagements.
1.3
All timelines and deliverables are defined individually for each engagement and confirmed in writing.
2. Communication Policy
2.1
All communication occurs solely through secure written channels (email, client portal, or encrypted messaging) to ensure confidentiality, precision, and traceability.
2.2
VEYRON CITADEL does not conduct phone calls, voice meetings, or video conferences. This policy protects sensitive information, prevents unauthorized access, and ensures all exchanges remain documented and secure. However, every request is handled efficiently and discreetly, allowing us to provide rapid and precise results.
2.3
Response times and project updates follow the schedule defined for each engagement.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service execution.
3.2
VEYRON CITADEL is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect client information.
3.3
Clients must ensure that materials provided comply with local laws and do not violate third-party rights.
4. Confidentiality
4.1
All materials, communications, and deliverables exchanged with VEYRON CITADEL are strictly confidential.
4.2
Information is never disclosed to external parties unless:
Required by law, or
Explicitly authorized by the client in writing.
4.3
VEYRON CITADEL implements industry-standard measures to safeguard information. All data is handled with the highest discretion to maintain client trust and strategic advantage.
5. Deliverables & Usage Rights
5.1
All reports, documents, and written outputs (“Deliverables”) are produced exclusively for the client that commissioned them.
5.2
Deliverables provide strategic clarity and actionable guidance, but all final decisions and actions remain the client’s responsibility.
5.3
Deliverables may not be resold, transferred, redistributed, or published without prior written authorization from VEYRON CITADEL.
6. Engagement & Fee Policy
6.1
Fees are communicated directly and individually for each project.
6.2
Work begins only after confirmation and receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided due to the custom and high-value nature of our services.
6.4
Clients with requirements outside defined service categories may request a Tailored Engagement; acceptance is subject to review and written confirmation.
7. Limitations of Liability
VEYRON CITADEL is committed to delivering precise, fast, and actionable reports. Every document is produced to the highest standard of quality and discretion.
However, all final business decisions, investments, and actions remain the sole responsibility of the client. VEYRON CITADEL cannot guarantee outcomes, as results depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, external events, and operational choices made by the client.
This provision does not reduce our accountability for delivering accurate, reliable, and timely work as promised. It ensures that VEYRON CITADEL can continue providing exclusive, high-impact services without exposure to claims arising from independent client decisions.
8. Compliance & Jurisdiction
8.1
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of VEYRON CITADEL’s services complies with the laws and regulations of their own country, region, or jurisdiction.
8.2
VEYRON CITADEL assumes no responsibility for any legal, compliance, or dispute matters arising from the use of services outside its operational control.
8.3
All transactions, service usage, and potential disputes are governed by general international commercial principles and widely recognized international practices—not by the laws of any specific country or locality. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through written negotiation and good-faith dialogue before pursuing any formal legal action, in accordance with accepted international norms.
9. Service Modifications
VEYRON CITADEL reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
10. Termination
10.1
VEYRON CITADEL may decline or terminate service for clients who violate these Terms, pose confidentiality risks, or compromise operational integrity.
10.2
Clients may terminate at any time; however, completed or in-progress work remains billable pro rata.
11. No Partnership or Agency Relationship
Engagement with VEYRON CITADEL does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency representation.
12. Website Usage & Protection
12.1
All content, design, graphics, text, and structure on the VEYRON CITADEL website are proprietary and protected.
12.2
Clients and visitors may access website content for informational purposes only. Any copying, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
12.3
VEYRON CITADEL employs security measures to protect the website from unauthorized access, malware, and misuse. Users agree not to interfere with or attempt to compromise website integrity.
12.4
All communications submitted through the website are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for engagement purposes.
13. Acceptance
By engaging CITADEL, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
